Jerry has years of experience in the retail industry, including fifteen years in store planning and project management and seven years in store equipment and commodity sales. Jerry holds an associate degree in graphic arts, an SCC, and has taken several classes on refrigeration and drafting.

Jerry's favorite retail environments are conventional supermarkets, due to their generally strong perimeter and well established center. "I really appreciate a store that keeps things simple - a strong perimeter, basic shopping patterns that are comfortable for customer flow, and a decor package that enhances without overpowering - that's my favorite type of environment to shop in."

When Jerry is away from work he enjoys many activities including biking, walking, golf, fishing, and spending time with his family.
